Our EOR Services Include:

✅ Year-End Tax Filings – Filing with DNIT (Dirección Nacional de Ingresos Tributarios), available for an additional fee.
Compliance & Local Requirements
- All Paraguay-based employees must have a local Cédula (ID card) and a Paraguayan bank account.
- We assist in the full Cédula and residency process, requiring employees to be present in Paraguay only once or twice. (Additional fee applies.)
- An initial contract between the client company and our EOR service is required before engagement. (Additional legal fees may apply if a custom contract is required.)

Pricing Structure
💼 One-Time Initial Setup Fee: $2,500 USD
Includes company registration, contracting employees on behalf of the company, drafting bylaws, obtaining company RUC, and employee contracts.
💰 Monthly EOR Service Fee: Starting at $150 USD
Covers payroll processing, VAT declaration, and financial balance sheet preparation.
📈 Annual Service Fee: 10% of each employee’s annual salary
This ensures compliance, ongoing HR support, and risk mitigation.
