At Paraguay Postal, we offer all Paraguayan residents and non-residents easy access to a physical address and virtual mail management. Depending on your chosen place, we scan your incoming mail directly to your email address, where you can choose to download, forward, store, or shred your mail.
We also offer packaging forwarding and utility bills if needed for our clients.
While we do provide a local residential address that you can use for mailing and correspondence, only our annual plan offers access to your address utility bill. Once you are an annual customer, please reach out to us at support@paraguaypostal.com if you would like a digital copy of your utility bill.
Please note these utility bills cannot legally be customized with your name, only your address. In Paraguay the owner of the property holds the utility bill, not the renter. We do not provide any other bills or statements.
Your address and mailbox is active for as long as your subscription is active. Once your subscription is inactive, we will no longer be able to scan or forward your mail, and your mailbox will be cancelled.
We accept online payment via all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Unfortunately at this time, we only offer virtual mail scanning and address use in Paraguay. You will not receive a virtual office or telephone services with our plans.
Any Paraguayan resident with a RUC number needs to file monthly taxes. Even if you do not have any monthly movements or are not in Paraguay, as a tax resident you will need to file monthly, even if you file 0.
Our monthly RUC filing is $25 monthly and is for tax residents with no movement in Paraguay. If you have monthly movements in Paraguay, we charge $35 USD monthly for between 1-15 movements.

Shipping & MAIL faq’s
With our annual plans, we accept both large and small packages on your behalf, and can ship globally. Please note you will need to provide all documentation in order for us to ship the package globally, and if after two attempts the package cannot be shipped due to lack of documentation, we charge an additional fee for each shipment attempt.
We recommend you to get in touch with DHL prior to forwarding your package to ensure you have the correct documentation needed.
With our basic mail plans, packages are not accepted. Only mail is accepted.
We keep all mail and packages for 12 months, if you have not specified an action for your mail (shred, global forwarding, or store). There are storage fees that accumulate after month one.
Local mail services in Paraguay are known to be unreliable. While we cannot guarantee any locally sent mail will arrive to your mailbox (such as mail sent via USPS or Canada Post), we can confirm that all packages from courier services such as DHL, that include a tracking number, have been received at our offices.
We ship most packages and mail abroad via DHL. Payment will be completed prior to shipment, and we are happy to send along a quote of pricing before shipping (please note all prices vary and can change).
A 6% fee is added to all payments for mail forwarding with payment via credit card. Please note we are not responsible for any packages that do not arrive at the destination or stolen items.
